This year Derwent fm are fundraising for Student Minds

Student Minds are the UK’s student mental health charity, empowering students and members of university communities to look after their own mental health, support others and create change.

Our team at Pittville Student Village at the University of Gloucester were doing their bit yesterday, 22nd May, with a static bike ride and offering their car washing services (and who wouldn’t want their car washed to Derwent fm standards!).

It was a smashing team effort with £182 pounds raised and over 100 miles cycled (great training for our London to Paris in 24 hours bike ride on 13th June!)

Ben and Dean – first class car washers, Phil and Sally -road miles and miles on the bike and Anthony did both and rattled the buckets to good effect!

Well done to team Pittville.
