Why We’re Finalists

Our entry highlighted several key initiatives that set us apart:

• Student Warden Programme at Brunswick House – Empowering students to take leadership roles within their community while enhancing peer support and operational efficiency.
• Community Garden at Brunswick House – Promoting sustainability and mental wellbeing through a student-led space that grows fresh produce and fosters a sense of belonging.
• Commitment to Wellbeing – Strengthened partnership with Student Minds, on-site Mental Health First Aiders, and tailored support services across all our properties.

These initiatives are underpinned by our focus on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) priorities and our drive to create inclusive, supportive, and enriching student communities.

Celebrating Excellence

The RESI Awards celebrate excellence in residential property, and being a finalist recognises the dedication, passion, and hard work of our teams across the UK. This achievement reflects our continuous efforts to redefine student accommodation standards and create homes where students feel safe, supported, and inspired.

The winners will be announced at the RESI Awards Ceremony on 7th May. Whatever the outcome, we’re incredibly proud of this achievement and the positive impact our teams make daily.
