Derwent FM Manager’s Away Day was held in Birmingham.

This was the second occasion this year all Site Managers from the business have held a central conference. The themes from the day included Business Strategy, Health & Safety, roll out of the new company values ‘SPIRIT’, guest speakers as well as many other activities.

The day provides a vital networking point for the business leads to collaborate and share best practice to drive performance during their day-to-day operations. A further day conference day will be held in December.
