Derwent Facilities Management win FM contract at Coventry University’s London campuses

We are delighted to confirm that Derwent fm have won a major contract to deliver FM services at two of Coventry University’s London campuses.

The contract covers a range of facilities management services including preventative planned maintenance, reactive repairs, janitorial duties, cleaning and grounds maintenance.

The contract award builds on the existing relationship Derwent fm have with the university, currently supplying a suite of FM services at their campus in Scarborough.
