Derwent Students win a two year contract for the complete management of a 100-bed student accommodation site at Egham
Derwent Facilities Management Ltd T/A Derwent Students has won a two-year contract for the complete management of a 100-bed student accommodation site at Egham Gateway West in Egham, Surrey due to open in September 2021.
The student accommodation at Egham Gateway West will serve people studying at Royal Holloway, University of London, and is part of mixed-use development in the town. The development forms part of the Runnymede Regeneration Programme A strategic partnership between Runnymede Borough Council and Places for People who act as the Developers for this project, which will see several sites developed across the borough in the next decade.
Derwent Students will be responsible for all aspects of managing of the student accommodation at Egham Gateway West including selling and rent collection, total facilities management delivered via an onsite team as well as ensuring the building is fully compliant.
