Services
Total facilities management: Our contract on site encompassed a wide range of services, including cleaning, security, grounds maintenance, helpdesk support, launderette facilities, event management, and sustainable transport initiatives. Additionally, our facilities management services cover on-site management, 24-hour helpdesk support, security, various cleaning tasks (routine, periodic, and reactive), window cleaning, waste management and recycling, HSQE management (health, safety, quality, and environmental), laundry service, pest control, and hard services such as fabric maintenance, mechanical and electrical works, and plumbing
Sustainability on Site
- Initiatives: Promotion of sustainable transport through the Brompton bike scheme and well-maintained bicycle storage facilities at Daniel Defoe Hall.
Student Wellbeing
- Engagement: Regular events and activities, especially at Daniel Defoe Hall, fostered a strong sense of community among residents.
